Virtual Shtetl Portal – Wirtualny Sztetl, a project funded by Warsaw’s Jewish museum and an immeasurable help for every researcher of Poland’s and Eastern Europe’s Jewish heritage, was so kind to interview me.
The interview gave me the opportunity to explain why I try to capture the remnants of Jewish Eastern Europe with my camera. It was picked up by Jewish Heritage Europe, which is also an honor. A big thank you to both sites for their interest in my work!Virtual Shtetl Portal: http://www.sztetl.org.pl/en/cms/activity/4790,christian-herrmann-i-hope-my-photos-may-contribute-to-the-preservation-of-jewish-heritage-/
